Dr. Zereh is probably the most compassionate Dr I have ever met in my life. I love this program because it's not just a band aid for your health. She gets down to the root cause of your health and helps you heal within. I love the combination of physical and emotion well being. After every Bioenergetic synchronization session I can go 2-3 weeks and feel emotionally energized and free. If your trying to just drop 5 lbs and move on then this is not the place. If your trying to become whole again, well then you have come to the right place! The best part is, I have also lost weight on this plan.

My review has 2 parts to it. My first experience was when I joined the 9/9/9 through Dr. Zereh's Chiropractic. These first 9 days were pretty rough for me. I suffer from an auto immune & Fibromyalgia so I definitely wanted to "Reset" my body & lose a few pounds. Along with the drops and diet, I went through some emotional release techniques to help with my Reset. I discovered these techniques were really needed by how my body responded.
