I contacted GBE on yelp and received a message right away. I described my issue to Sarah who was very friendly. We scheduled a service date via text. I received an update on the morning of my service with the name and photo of the tech which I find very helpful. Jason and Augustin showed up in the scheduled time and were also friendly. They did the job as expected in a timely manner. Would hire them again.

Honest company, got my problem resolved within an hour & didn't try to force me to replace my electrical panel. I had a simple outdoor outlet that went bad & he repaired it that simply. I had another company that tried to force me into replacing my electrical panel & would not look at the outlet. The electrician was arrogant & he lost my future business with their company. Internet has educated me on home repairs. I'm single & own 2 homes. Therefore, I do price checking & the approx costs to repair, as well as figure out the problem, before finding a company. Do your homework & save some money. But, also, get an honest company.
