The best value in the area, and its not close. Prices that almost nobody nearby even challenges and service that tries its best to make you forget you're on a Budget. Special thanks to Sturlin at the front desk for clearly and immediately putting guests first.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Extended Stay in Union City. The staff were consistently professional, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience feel welcoming from check-in through my stay.
The room was comfortable, and the property itself was quiet—great for relaxing or getting work done. I also appreciated the convenient location, with nearby stores, restaurants, and a movie theater all within easy reach. I especially appreciate the interaction and kindness towards my toy poodle Roxie.
