Nakia at bodyfix is amazing. I have been recovering from Achilles tendonopathy which has caused all sorts of problems all up and down my posterior and injured muscle chains. I have visited several other bodywork providers to help with the problem, however the problems continue to persist for several years. After a session of compression therapy and a sports massage I feel like my range of motion in tightness his greatly increased. She was able to quickly identify and treat problem areas with amazing results!
