I can't say enough good things about Bodyfix and Grace. I came in with a really bad pinched nerve in my neck that was causing constant tension headaches and tingling/numbness in my arms and legs. I was honestly miserable.
Grace knew exactly what she was doing. She spent time working on all the areas that were contributing to the problem, and I could tell a difference after just one session. I can now hold my head up for much longer without getting a tension headache from the strain, and the tingling and numbness have noticeably improved.

Nakia at bodyfix is amazing. I have been recovering from Achilles tendonopathy which has caused all sorts of problems all up and down my posterior and injured muscle chains. I have visited several other bodywork providers to help with the problem, however the problems continue to persist for several years. After a session of compression therapy and a sports massage I feel like my range of motion in tightness his greatly increased. She was able to quickly identify and treat problem areas with amazing results!
