This company was the fourth I contacted and got estimates for replacing my furnace. I chose A & R (Marko) because he’s practically neighbor and local here in my city. His estimate was reasonable and close to all that I contacted. He gave me tips and tricks on what to do for proper maintenance on all our HVAC. Tips on not needed and money savings maintenance.

A &R is very smart and knows what exactly they are doing . The other companies advised “ change the system or gas valve needs to be change “ But A &R diagnosed very right and after 15 minutes the system started to work , the price was lower comparing with other companies . The system was installed at my investment property 12 years ago , I never had any problem . Thanks A&R .

Marko is a truly lovely man, and talented HVAC systems engineer and installer. Marko wound up installing an awesome Carrier heat system with 4 zones in my home. The system also has a back up natural gas heater. It has all worked seamlessly for 5 years. And Marko has also provided great service - checking in periodically to make all is working well. I feel very fortunate to have met Marko. He is a kind, thoughtful, joyful man to work with, and I have come to trust his judgment implicitly. Thank you Marko.
