“I have my own personal hair stylist back home in the Bay so I was very hesitant & skeptical to find a hair salon out here that will take care of me which to my surprise I did I came across this cute shop w excellent reviews so thought I’d give it a shot I was impressed from the sweet phone etiquette to a warm greet upon arrival I was running behind but Nency seemed glad to see me a very sweet lovely lady great customer service she’s the manager & really took good care of my hair using amazing products she took her time very patient & understanding I ended up asking for a last minute trim after she finished flat iron my very long hair lol I was so scared bc I’ll never trust nobody to touch or even bring scissors near my hair but I trusted Nency & sure enough she trimmed the perfect amount almost as if she barely dusted my tips not to mention very affordable I’m a very satisfied customer & can’t wait to go back so thank you Nency for the beautiful results I really love it & will book another appmnt soon highly recommended
