Cecilia does the best lashes, I'm honestly hooked to them. I feel gorgeous every time I leave after a fill, Cecilia makes every experience personal and lovely and I'm always feeling so happy after!!! I recommend her to everyone, not only for lashes but for waxing, facials, and make up, she can do it all! and she's great at it. 💯 5 stars for this lady ❤️👏
