I have a Macbook Pro and have often found myself in need of tech support. Since the closest Apple store is over an hour away, it has been a lifesaver to have this business -- RespecTech -- right in our community. Each time I have hauled my laptop into the store for some problem I have encountered, they are helpful, straightforward and quick to explain to me what has gone wrong and what can be done about it. I cannot be more thankful to have their services so available and reasonably priced. Lucky us.
Walked in with my laptop. Big issues trying to connect to internet. Problem was diagnosed and fixed while I waited, no charge. This is now my computer repair place. These guys are awesome!
