I mentioned to some friends I thought I had water seeping under a door to the outside, as the flooring was beginning to buckle up. This set off alarms as one of the friends was currently having work done by Redwood Restoration for mold damage at her house. I called immediately that afternoon and Kurt was able to schedule the free consultation first thing the next morning. I was very worried we would find mold. Luckily, I had NO mold, but it was discovered the floor was saturated randomly here and there all over! The entire floor had to be removed and replaced and dried out in between.
