Visited from out of town needing my Bikram fix. Closest thing I've found to Y6 in SoCal. Carpeted floors and no music were the only reason for 4 stars. Great customer service and solid instruction.

Keep Calm and Om. BUT, being a serious Yelp foodie, I keep Nom Nom-ing. :D I'm sorta good @ Yoga, but I'm super great @ wearing Yoga pants. ;) 90% of the women that wear Yoga pants don't do Yoga. And, um, 100% of men don't care. :D Some days I do Yoga. Some days I don't. I'm flexible like that. ;) Yoga class helps me calm down from the stress of trying to get to Yoga class on time. Come on Inner Peace! I don't have allllllll day. :P Sometimes, while in Yoga class, I feel like a graceful Swan. Other times, I feel like a baby Giraffe learning to use its legs. No joke, yo. Clean, friendly, super awesome yoga studio with great instructors! Offering bikram, vinyasa, power flow, yin, hot Pilates and more- both heated and unheated classes. Modifications for all levels. I have felt very welcomed and taken care of since starting yoga here. You can find the studio's schedule always updated on the MINDBODY app, which is also really nice. I like that you can check there any time, and map out what you'd like to do for the day or week. Whether you're traveling and want to drop in , or are looking for a more permanent yoga community here in Mendo this is the place for you :)
