I was so happy when I moved here from the Bay Area and found a Jc Penny's with a salon. They're very accommodating and have something for every age, type of hair, color and perms. I was not ready to get my hair cut and professionally colored yet.... need to save up but I really wanted a change of some sort. The girl cut my bangs complimentary and took her time. I've gone back and had it done again. Of course I tip but it's also a good way to find a good fit for when I do get the full works. ‍ The prices are in the normal range for the services I inquired about and the salon is very comfortable and everyone chats. Highly recommended!

I always support local business especially JC pennies because Kohl's is across the street and things there are much cheaper this time I bought a pair Levi's 505's I pay too much for him 70 some dollars next time I'll go to Amazon for $47 same pants sorry JC penneys I'm done with you
