Our experience boarding our 3 male chihuahuas here was more than satisfactory. It was our little ones' first time boarding for a total of 4 days! When we picked them up, it was more than evident they were having a great time. Full of joy & excitement jump to see us and the staff. You could tell they had developed a positive relationship with the staff. Very friendly staff & affordable prices. I recently called to inquire about training my 13-week-old husky mix puppy, as I am new to training such an energetic and active breed. Although I have experience with a previous dog, this has been an entirely different experience. We had booked an app-based sitter nearby, but when we showed up the day of our vacation, the situation was not at all what we were told it would be or safe for our dogs, so we called Blue Ribbon and they made an exception to their normal rules for us to drop off in the afternoon. They took great care of our dogs and saved our vacation since we could go and actually relax, knowing they were safe.
