Customers have had a great experience booking and using Dutch Touch Window Cleaning. They have found the company to be quick, kind, and efficient, providing a quality clean on exterior windows. Clients have been impressed with the professional and neat service, as well as the use of booties to protect the home. Many customers have been so satisfied that they have scheduled regular service throughout the year.
While the majority of customers have been pleased with the service, there have been some instances where the cleaning did not meet expectations. In one case, the windows were still not entirely clean despite the high cost, and the customer had to complete the job themselves. However, the company was responsive and sent a team to address the issue and make things right, earning a 5-star rating from the customer.
Had Dutch Touch out to pressure wash the house and clean the windows today. Aaron and Alex did an excellent job and were true professionals! The house is so much brighter with the windows clean!! Definitely going to have them out on a regular schedule to keep up the clean!
Austin and his crew that worked on our front high windows did an excellent job. More than we expected for sure.
Isaiah did a great job today. This my second year with Dutch Touch Window Cleaning. I am completely happy with their service
