The staff is not only skilled at surgery, they are very kind and caring. I have been so impressed with everyone we've interacted with, from receptionist, after hours nurses, vet techs and surgeons. We feel so good about our experience and the care our furry family member has been receiving. The first vet tech we dealt with (Michael I think) was so caring, knowledgeable and great. He made us instantly feel like we were in the right place!

Our dog had a splenectomy with Dr Craig. We were extremely nervous as she is an older girl and we feared the tumor on her spleen might rupture. Our surgeon Dr Diane Craig did not sugar coat any of the dangers involved with the surgery, but she was matter of factly and we completely trusted her expertise. The communication with staff before, during and after surgery was excellent, we even received updates and photos of our dog from the night staff during her overnight stay. Best of all, of course, was the outcome. She recovered much faster from the anesthesia than from the two other surgeries she had before at a different facility, had zero problems with the incision and... read full review

Here we are at the start of week 9. It's been a wild ride! Mostly hanging out on the floor and getting one to four hours of sleep every night making sure that I'm present for recovery on a total hip replacement surgery for my deaf and partially blind pupper. I feel grateful for modern medicine and the ability to give my disabled Border Collie with debilitating hip dysplasia a new chance at life.
