We ordered an exterior door and it literally cracked wide open (can see light through it) ONE WEEK later and they are refusing to honor warranty saying this is normal. I don't know how this place is still in business. I'm not talking a gap in the joint. The actual wood door split down the middle. We showed pictures and videos and 3 weeks later they finally get back to us and say it's normal and not their problem. Stay far away from this rip off. Apparently their quality is so bad, they acknowledge that lasting only one week is normal. we are now out thousands of dollars for a door that lasted a week and they don't care.

I purchased a walnut exterior door from Urban Doors. The quality for the price is very reasonable. I worked with a third-party installer they recommended named Jose. He's a great guy to work with--I highly recommend.

We had a great experience working with Brian at urban Doors. The door selection here is amazing and prices are great. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for and Brian was extremely helpful and kind. We will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend urban doors to anyone looking for some quality doors.
