Really good experience at this Ulta. I’ve been having trouble with signing up for a profile online, and so I missed my birthday gift. I asked Angie, the store manager, about it, and she confirmed that I still don’t have a profile. So she helped me sign one up, and she let me get my birthday gift. Great customer service.
let me say MADELYN did her thaaang!! i was so nervous to get a haircut cause it’s been years… she listened and understood me and what i wanted. i’m so happy with my new hair style. i will definitely be keeping her as my stylist her energy and vibe was amazing from the start and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. thank you madelyn for making this autism mom feel amazing about herself….
