His price estimate was competitive and stood out for its lack of hard sales tactics, reasonable estimates for rotted wood replacements, and the long-term experience of his employees. The office manager, Amy, kept the customer informed about scheduling and necessary paperwork. Before the work began, the foreman, Nestor, explained what to expect. The roofers started on time, efficiently tearing off the old roof and replacing all rotted wood on the first day. They even covered the customer's laundry room and garage to prevent debris from falling on their belongings. The team's coordination with city permits and inspections ensured a smooth process, with no lag time. The roofers arrived on time each day, and the foreman or his co-worker, Efron, were always on-site to address any questions or concerns. At the end of each workday, the roofers cleaned up all debris and nails, ensuring no damage to the customer's vehicles. Despite an accidental incident where the roofers crimped the customer's fiber optic cable, Top Roofing Services promptly paid the repair bill, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. The new roof was completed within three days, and the city building inspector approved it on the fourth day. I would like to start off by saying Top Roofing has done a few projects in my neighborhood and every day I watch their workmanship and progress and it is an absolute top-notch very professional organization! Nester the on site foreman adhered to any concerns that I had about protecting plants and flowers Etc and was very attentive to my requests. A friend recommended Diaz Top Roofing Services and I will be forever grateful of her recommendation. Amy, the OM, Ever, the Sales and Designer Rep and Nestor, the Field Manager, were extremely professional and punctual. I needed a new roof to be re-accepted by the insurance Co. Ever met with me and explained the process. Amy made sure I was kept up to date with permits and HOA forms and Nestor was on site with the crew sending me pictures and checking the work. The entire process was done in 3 days. My neighbors even came out and gave the team compliments and I, in turn, will continue to recommend this company.
Five star service and workmanship starting from making an appointment with owner/estimator Ever, coming to my house to look over the condition of the roof, providing suggestions on types of materials that can be used, and answering any questions or concerns I had on the roof replacement and rotted/deteriorated wooden eaves and fascia boards.
