The facilities are nice: a large whirlpool spa, two cool pools, a dry sauna and steam sauna. The only thing that disappointed me was the fact that they do not provide sandals. It's men only these days, just FYI, though it seems there was a ladies' side in the past. Bing your own sandals and shampoo. Sign on the counter says no bags may be brought in.

So while my massage was fantastic, that was about it. The two hour limit is really pretty restrictive, and $30 is what you pay for a higher-end location... I get inside and it's... dated. Definitely smaller, definitely less modern. Worst part, getting there at 11:30am after they opened at 11:00am... it was clear that they'd just turned everything on AT 11:00am. The sauna was room temperature plus 10 degrees. The steamroom cool enough that the tile was cold to the touch. The hot tub was lukewarm. The warm tub was cold. The cold tub was ice cold. For starters, there's a two hour time limit, and I could've spent less time there if it wasn't so expensive. I thought it'd be $20-25 for 2 hours. After walking in with my small backpack, I was told I wasn't allowed to take that in -which is weird...I went to my car and dropped it off but made sure to bring my refillable water bottle--You're given 3 small towels- I suggest saving 2 in your locker to dry off with after your final shower before leaving, but you do you) and padlock lockers (you have the key jangling around with you).
