I had a problem on Labor Day, where the air conditioner was leaking above our bedroom closet. I called them and literally within one hour. They were at my door. Very professional with text messages updating arrival time with the driver. A completely professional first class service.
At first I was disappointed with the company sending an inexperienced tech to my home on a service call. I later called and got rescheduled due to the problem I had escalating. Jesus was awesome and I appreciate the transparency given with on the service call. Thank you ?
Zacary Reyes was just so excellent with his service and knowledge. Anther crew will be coming this evening around 6pm to provide a better quote to possible replace a new air con unit.
