I found Dr. Ferencz Thru my Blue Cross network. I am love to do triathlons and rock climb. The combination of sports takes a huge toll on my shoulders and legs. While I consider myself a fit person, I have had many injuries and needed someone to help me recover from some of the injuries I've had. I like that he took me thru a series of exercises and did sports massage to help break up scar tissue. I think he is focused on the person in front of him and not just treating you as a general person with shoulder pain. I recommend if you have sports injuries to see him.

Started treatment of my frozen shoulder with DC Gerald last week. It's a combo of sports deep tissue massage, chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy and prescribed exercises. - I felt high after the sports massage, it's like all the endorphins are released - the chiropractic adjustments were GLORIOUS!!! crack crack crack!!! Even after the initial consult, I experienced greater mobility / range. Now after my 1st visit (I purchased a 20 session pkg), I am glad I made the decision to get started with therapy. I got so much relief from my sessions with Dr. Ferencz! I had been nervous to see a chiropractor because I didn't want my body to get used to the treatment and not be able to heal itself on it's own. After seeing Dr. Ferencz I know this was not the right thought process! He helped me get back to a state of feeling great and gave me a road map of exercises to do at home too. His office space is clean and open, very well kept. He is very patient and asks detailed questions to understand your pain and what may be causing it. If I requested a certain treatment he was always open to adjusting his plan to accommodate it! I highly recommend Dr. Ferencz.
