I got a pedicure at the Laguna Niguel location for the first time. Lived locally for 20+ years. The nice lady that gave me a pedicure did a great job and I was happy with the results, but it was not worth the price being that the customer service wasn’t 100%. Was hoping to be offered water or a beverage for the hype. After the pedicure, I was not given any direction to wait to help me put my sandals on or to just put my sandals on myself (which I did). After a few minutes, I waited and put them on myself. I get pedicures only in the summertime, this was my first one this summer. Not sure if I will be back for the relaxing experience but the pedicure was nice.
just okay nail work. constantly burned my nails. the nail tech did not perform cuticle clean up until the end of the manicure, so my hard gel overlay had gaps within 1 week. would not recommend.
I received a gel pedicure today and was extremely dissatisfied with the service. Lucy did not greet me (the customer) nor ask if I was satisfied with the shape or length she chose without asking. She spent about 5-10 seconds doing all 10 cuticles which shows zero effort. I asked Lucy to clean up some of the polish on the side of my toes. Before I could finish my sentence, she cut me off and said she would file it later. At the end of the pedicure, Lucy did not say she was done. She just got up, threw away trash, and went to go sit with the receptionist. Extremely poor customer service and unacceptable from a staff member that should be professional and welcoming. When you spend $45-50 on a gel pedicure, you would expect the nail technician to take their time and be detailed oriented. I received the complete opposite today.
