Ella is the best hairdresser I have had. She is up to date with cuts and colors. She recommends different ideas and she really listens to what you are looking for. The salon is nice and comfortable. She offers tea or coffee and little snacks. I have been going for years after looking for someone I could trust. Ella is that wonderful person. Highly recommend. She has also been super careful with Covid precautions and safety.

A few months ago, I had bought a Groupon for a hair salon down the street and made an appointment. When I arrived the hair person wasn't there and so I was turned away. I googled the next nearest salon and went to Ella's, only to find out they were extremely booked. However, Ella and the team were so accommodating to me and fit me in for a quick cut. She even styled me! Not only was their kindness and flexibility appreciated, but genuinely the best cut i've received to date!! It's been a long time since I've seen a company care so deeply about customer service and stepping up to the plate when a different company wronged me. It's up and running with a team of fabulous stylists. Ask for "Swan" she's patient, friendly and great at what she does. Stop looking like we're still in lock down and swing by ?
