Reached out multiple times for support only to be panderred and deterred from actually canceling (which i could have done at the time). Suckered into a higher priced agreement than I initially wanted, was sold $60 lotion that only works for 1 type (intro level) of machine, and their agreement (in fine print) requires a minimum 2 month subscription. Burnt out bulbs, wavy acrylic, smelly & stale stalls, and overpriced leaves me no options but to go for the 1 star.

Kudos to the most patient girl that worked Thursday August 29 at 6pm. So many people and she was calm and let all of them come in even if they weren't going to be in the booth til after closing time. You did a great job!

The renovation/remodeling project is becoming a joke. Painting few walls & doors should be a 4-5 days maximum. It has been over 3 months, place looks like shit, no mirrors, shelves for personal items, whoever is in charge of this is awful. This whole thing decreases the tanning experience tremendously. I'll be soon pausing my membership until the Fall, hoping you'll find enough funds by then to finish your Brobdingnagian project.
