Christian and Leah at the Irvine location are the best!! They both are very welcoming and made my tanning experience easy. Customer service is great. This location has had a lot of turn over but I truly hope these 2 stay!!!

I've been a customer at this location for many years. I have to say that Brontë is a kind, knowledgeable, professional employee. She is always so welcoming. Tonight I came in and she was enrolling two new clients and professionally handling other clients who were waiting to be signed in. I witnessed one client being rude and condescending to Brontë. Brontë handled the client with class and kindness. Customer service is often times a difficult and thankless job. Brontë should be recognized for how well she handles customers including the not so friendly ones. I have been coming to this Palm Beach Tan for yearssss and I have to say, the current team that's there is INCREDIBLE! Bronté is a manager and she's SO helpful, quick, and just freakin smart. Tyler is literally sunshine and all smiles and is so helpful. Candace and Allie are also delightful! I just had to make it public that I love this team! Thank you guys for always making my day.
