They are "clueless" as to how much the treatment costs and claim everything will be billed after it's been done. For someone that is uninsured that does not provide ease of mind and seems like a sales tactic. Terrible experience with the unprofessional nature of the "specialists"

Where do I start?? I've been seeing doctors at memorial care and some were great, some were horrible. But they all had one thing in common. They all wrote me off as last stage endometriosis and that I was chronic and NOTHING can be done. None can be removed and just deal with it. After doing some research I found this place. I actually was crying on the phone begging the person making the appointments to please make it with whoever she thinks is the best Dr here and that my life pretty much depends on it. This is 2 reviews in 1. UCI Primary Care: I have been seeing Dr. Susie Kim and Dr. Etemad for more than 10 years. They are both incredibly doctors and very warm and helpful. Dr. Kim was there for me up until I was ready for pregnancy and then she referred me to my OBGyn. UCI Lab: the UCI lab is wonderful. Especially Linda who is always so welcoming. I am afraid of getting my blood drawn and over the years I have had to lay down for the draws which she was very accommodating. Recently I have been able to sit up for the blood draws in the chair which I have never been able to do before and I owe it to her for that.
