If you are thinking about Pilates take an intro one on one package (3 sessions) first . If you are experienced, join a class and see for yourself!
You will not be disappointed and more than likely you will want to sign up for a package right away!

I have taken Kamala and Helen’s classes and they are incredible! Small private class in which they focus on you and your alignment. I walked out feeling stronger and taller! If you are looking for authentic Pilates this is the place for you!
