Save your time and book with GentleCare. This place is absolutely fantastic in every way. I've been going to them for 3 years now and have nothing but excellent things to say about both their quality (their treatments WORK) and level of customer service. Before I chose GentleCare, I scouted out a few competitors in OC. The competitors were either more expensive or were underwhelming in their customer experience. Walking into GentleCare was immediately different. I had a fantastic experience with Dr Khan and wanted to share my positive review. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was warm and welcoming, and Dr Khan was incredibly knowledgeable and professional.During my consultation, the Dr Khan listened carefully to my concerns and explained all of my options thoroughly. I recently visit the office for some "self care" and to price out tattoo removal that I had started at another place but the person doing the removal was not a Dr and that is scary to me. The staff was exceptionally professional and welcoming. I met the Dr who is so nice it was refreshing and calming. He gave me great price on tattoo removal so I went ahead with it and it didn't even hurt like the other place. My tattoo is almost gone after two sessions. I also recently had Botox and filler as well which turned out so good! He should be one Orange County's top Drs!
