I originally went in for a pedicure, but asked to add a classic manicure while there. The salon is clean and the atmosphere is nice. I was greeted by name when I arrived and check in. I've always had a nice experience with their pedicures. The pedicurist was friendly and efficient. I was happy with the results. My issue is with the manicure. The manicurist seemed to be in a rush even though the place wasn't busy. If they didn't have someone who could give me a quality manicurist available, I wish they would have told me. She was rough filing my nails and clipping my nails. A few of my fingers are red and sore. I asked for a clear polish. I didn't realize a clear polish is only one coat of top polish. My nails didn't even look smooth, possibly due to the filing. I looked at them puzzled. She asked if it was okay. I said it didn't even look smooth, so she added another coat of top coat. It took her less than 20 mins to do my pedicure. I will not be going back, even thought I liked the pedicure and enjoyed past pedicures there.
Tina worked on my nails! she did an amazing job. Would definitely come back. 5 start service. Only two locations, this one and Costa Mesa! Bring cash to tip, they also take Zelle or Venmo if you don't happen to have cash to give them for their hard work. The massage chairs are a must, enjoyed it! They work quickly. Plenty of parking. Good lighting inside. Make a phone call to set an appointment to make it easier
5 star service from start to finish coming from a girl that HATES going to get her nails done. Mary is the person that you need to ask for. She is super nice and not fake. She does her job wonderfully. The place is as pretty and clean as the pictures present. I would not go to anywhere else after visiting here after my sister persuaded me to do so! Check it out!
