Had an outlet that was failing. It was the 30A servicing the clothes dryer. Hard to be without this for a long period. Contacted Copperfield on a Saturday. They scheduled an appointment for 9am Sunday morning. Beyond expectation there, I was hoping to get someone out on Monday. On the day of service the technician was on time. Work was completed promptly at a fair price. I would recommend Copperfield.

Rene's team was excellent. Rene personally checked in the first day to get his team set up. The team was professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. I work from home and while they were here, we coordinated when the internet would be off/on so I could host work calls. Their work is neat and clean and looks great. Hailey, from their office, was great about scheduling and communicating with me when the work would be done. Hailey is so polite, informative, and friendly. This is my second time calling Rene. Will do it again.
