I came to XX to take my fitness journey to the next level but have gained so much more than just improving my physical strength. The way the XX Team supports their athletes has allowed me to grow in ways I didn't think was possible. They have created a safe place to challenge and humble myself, get frustrated, find what I thought was a limit and then surpass that both mentally and physically. This family-owned fitness facility truly welcomes everyone. They care about everyone's individuality regardless of age and where you are in your fitness journey- they are just happy that you showed up for YOU.They teach many class sessions and personal training, from fundamentals to flexibility/mobility and yoga. I used to shy away from group training because I feared that I would not get the help I needed, but Alec and Mikaila both ensure you are correctly working the target muscles, correct you if you aren't, and push you to be the better version of yourself.What really draws me to this facility is that they also include mental and nutritional health aspects as well....read full review
