This place is more then just a place to workout. It is a place where we find community. I have been doing CrossFit at R6 now for more then a year and it was the best decision I have ever made. The workouts, coaches, and the community keep me coming back to learn and grow more in my CrossFit journey. If your on the fence or think you could never do something like Crossfit, come join us for a workout, you won’t be disappointed.

I have been coming to this gym for almost 2 years now. I go 4-5 times a week. Everything about it is amazing…the friendly people, the challenging workouts, knowledgeable coaches, camaraderie, cleanliness and the equipment is kept in great working condition. There are specified class times so plan ahead depending on your needs/schedule. It’s been my experience that even if you attend a busy class time, the coaches will take the time to work with you individually and make sure you have what you need to be safe and reach your goals. I was so nervous to try CrossFit, but I’m so glad I did! If you’re new to CrossFit, they even have a foundations course that will teach you how to do all of the lifts/movements. In addition to great workouts, R6 has the best people, community, and facility. Everyone always makes you feel so welcome and you’ll want to keep coming. I couldn’t recommend a gym more!
