I have been in the concrete construction business for 46 years and the wear and tear has caught up to me with lower back compression causing pinched nerves and sciatica. Doing other chiropractic visits, pain meds and injections to temporarily reduce the pain. As I browsed the internet looking for a chiropractor with a decompression machine I came upon Turlock Family Chiropractic and decided to give them a try and made a consultation appointment. When I walked into the office and saw Dr Jones, I asked him if he could help me, his answer made me feel like I have come to the right place. I would not recommend in the slightest. I was attempting to become a new patient. I arrived early for my appt and filled out paperwork quickly. Then they made me wait for 30 minutes past my appointment time. I could not wait any further and left. My time is also valuable but they didn't seem to care. I felt disregarded and that my appointment did not matter to them. Very poor customer service. I also happen to notice all the patients being seen before me were white. I began to wonder if I was not given importance because I was Hispanic. Very disappointed if that was the case.
I have been coming to get adjusted by Dr. Jones for about 8 years. Recently, I had a couple of ribs that popped out of place, how? I don't know but twice this week a family member drove me 2 hours from Sacramento to get treated. The drive is always worth it and I'm relieved to say my injury is no longer!! Dr. Jones examined the x-rays provided to me by the emergency and was able to resolve the issues. Thank you very much, Dr. Jones and staff!
