Gym is great. Has all the equipment I need and want. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Only gym that’s 24 hours in the area. Bathrooms are clean just outdated. Manager Kristen set up my membership and was very helpful and full of energy. I moved back to the area and there’s been a lot of upgrades since. Keep up the great work In Shape.
Awesome club and staff! Kristen and her whole team are doing a great job. Gym has everything you need in a health club. I have no idea why people complain, it's a gym! Not some country club. Get on with that sensitive stuff. Everything is in working order and if it isn't, simply tell the manager and she'll have someone fix it within a few days. I love this gym and the people have always been nice to me. If I have a problem with my bill, I call customer service and they fix it right away. Great company and location. No complaints here
Very small compared to other In Shapes I've been to. Had to wait to use certain equipment.But the staff was very friendly and helpful. Going to try the other locations in the area before returning to this one.
