After coming back from vacation with the family, first load of laundry and the washer broke. Got a new one. Then to top it off, first washed load put into the dryer and the dryer doesn’t dry! “When it rains it pours”. Called Ike’s appliances and left a message. SAME DAY! They got back to us and were able to be out. Luckily they had the part available and ready to install. Like a super hero they were able to come out and get my family back on track with the rhythm of our life. 11/10 am using them again for any of my appliance needs. Super clean! Super friendly! Very educational!
We have been using them for many years. They do quote for you to repair before start repairs. Always been this way for me. I have saved thousands of dollars on not purchasing new cheaper poor quality new appliances. I believe the older made respected major brands are worth repairing vs buying new cheaper made appliances. This strategy has worked out well for our family. I will continue to use Ike's!
