My family and I live in a roach infested apartment complex. Don has been the one helping us and he is extremely professional, communicative and was quick to answer any questions I have. Not to mention that the next day (today) we have noticed a TREMENDOUS difference in quantity and I'm noticing a lot of them carrying eggs coming out making it MUCH easier to stop them from multiplying! If our landlord doesn't bring them back out like Don recommended we will!
Updated: 9/26/2023: We're still using BJ Consumer's pest and weed service, and we're still happy, satisfied customers. Our service reps, Rich & Gary, are great! (2021) We have been using BJ's Consumer's Choice Pest Control for many years and I highly recommend them. We are very happy with their services. We use both pest control and lawn service. Their service reps are professional, super-friendly & knowledgeable. When I have questions, they always take their time answering them.
Pablo was the technician that came to do the service at my home today. He listened patiently to my issues and walked the perimeter of the house with me before he started. I have ongoing ant issues on this property and I do believe Consumers is doing everything they can to take care of the problem. Unfortunately ever since my original technician who was Brandon left the company I have had a different technician almost every time which is frustrating, because each time I have to reexplain everything all over again. Hoping that Pablo can be my regular technician!
