***Update to the first amazing service we had, sorry it's a little late*** Ryan noticed we had a pretty bad bird problem when he came to service our house and offered to help us with it. Let me tell you I have never been more satisfied to watch all the birds land on our neighbors roofs and nest haha it's a little mean but the birds were driving us nuts! Hopefully us taking away the birds nesting areas will drive our neighbors to try tip top pest control because they really are the best!

Ryan is amazing ! He replied to me so fast and was super affordable. I am using his service and will continue to do so ! If anyone is looking for pest control services look no more he will resolve the issue :)

**HIGHLY RECOMMEND** We recently canceled our service with a major pest control company due to an ant and earwig infestation and switched to Tip Top Pest Control, I'm so glad we did, the service is great, Ryan is knowledgeable and very responsive! It's been 2 weeks since our first service, Ryan came out today to place some more ant bait and he'll be back Monday to check in! You just can't get that kind of customer service anywhere else!!!
