My kid was referred here by FHCN. Scheduled an appointment for 9am, was out by 9:25. Super fast service. I was warmly greeted by the front office staff. Taken into the X-ray room within 5 minutes by the tech who was also very polite. I was taken to the treatment part of the exam and greeted by the financial consultant and then the doctor. All of the visit felt warm. I didn’t feel rushed. After the consult, we spoke to the financial consultant who explained our quote. All in all the whole visit was great. I also liked that staff was freely able to be themselves. I like that just like the community they serve they look and resemble the staff. I like that tattoos weren’t covered like in other health centers and I love that staff looked professional and all around happy to be at work. My kid even told me that everyone was very beautiful and happy. Definitely will be recommending this practice to everyone. :)
