Wait time is less than 15 minutes. The lady who cleaned my teeth was thorough. Before anything was done, the ladies gave a clear explanation of what was going to be done. The reception ladies were pleasant, welcoming and friendly. Dr. Ma answered my questions to my satisfaction.
