I want to thank doctor kent im not sure if its kent or kant but thanksto him my son is now in surgery because other doctors just wanted to give him pills for the pain but he recommended to twke him to ER and it ended up being appendix like he said we need more doctors like him not just some just guessing

It's an urgent care, so yes, there can be a long wait which is understandable. The staff is actually really polite and have kind demeanors. They have you waiting but they at least get you called behind the desk area to check vitals and what not, then have you sit back in the waiting area until a room is available. The wait was long (I waited 2.5 hours) but they do have restrooms available, TVs, clean new office and A/C. Looks like they also do beauty treatments which seems like those clients do get seen pretty quickly which makes sense since they have a quick treatment then they're out. This place is hit and miss 1st time I came didn't take long to see me and was thankful after all its called urgent care the second time I'm here nothing urgent about it I came in as walk in only 1 person in lobby and I'm still in waiting in lobby an hour now they try to run your insurance b4 they even pull u back to see you bunch of B.S.! So far 5 people in front of me were seen and they came after I did so far
