Staff was friendly and the provider was good too. The wait time was a little over an hour. The provider was in a time crunch but still took the time to answer my questions and even showed me demonstrations regarding the injury my son was there for.

I’ve been here a few times and have experienced this urgent care to be up to par…compared to the Tulare Adventist hospital Prime valley is excellent with nurses that actually have compassion for their patients which the Tulare Hospital has nothing to do with compassion. The Tulare Hospital needs to take classes from this place to actually learn to treat their patients with kindness, respect, love which has a lot to do with being a good urgent care vacility. ❤️??

I have been here since 8 am when the office opened and at 8:39 when I was taken back for my vitals, I was told the provider hadn’t shown up. It’s now 9:17 and the waiting room is packed and no one has been seen yet. I have already missed going on two hours of work and I’ve been here too long to leave and come back another time. Last week when I tried to be seen after school, I was told there were 13 people ahead of me. Wild. I feel like I should send the office a bill for my time.
Update: I was seen at 9:38. Doctors was stuck in traffic.
