I have read a few not so kind reviews of the Steed Family Eyecare office and wonder if those instances were related to someone just having an off day. (You know we all have them!) There has never been a time that anyone has been unkind, unprofessional and/or rude during my appointments. My opinion is that sometimes stepping back and just being kind helps those questionable moments. Maybe an approach of, “You seem to be having an off day.” might change the atmosphere for everyone concerned. The doctor and staff are awesome! My glasses had gotten a little loose and kept slipping off my nose, so I went in for an adjustment. The staff was super friendly, listened to what I needed, and made sure the fit was perfect before I left.
