How do I begin to rate a “business” or shall I say a group of unmanaged people so poorly? With the truth! We hired and booked these clowns over a month before our event. My husband had been in contact with them biweekly. They were to provide a tent, meal catering and hosting services, as well as tables table linens and chairs. Two days before our event my husband called them to confirm. As a business owner myself we call the client to confirm, but that’s the least of it. Any how, this “business” did not answer us, we called 3 times as well as text and of course they did not respond nor answer. The next the day the day before our event my husband called another 3 times and they still did not answer us. Never called never text NOTHING!!! They must be from a country where people have to beg them for their invaluable services. They never returned are calls and out event was cancelled, CANCELLED! Needless to say DO NOT DO NOT hire these flakes because all they will do is RUIN your special event! It’s a shame how they ruined this business and name because the previous owner was a great genuinely kind person and fair business man. We will NEVER again use these people for anything again and I suggest you and no one ever does!

Rented tables/chairs and Bounce house from you guys for yesterday August 27th. Gentleman that delivered came alone in process of unloading tables they fell on 16 year old sons head causing a huge knot AND when the bounce house was set up he didn't put up right it's collapsed with my 3 yr old and 1 yr old inside! Needless to say they wouldnt get back In it all evening... when he showed up to pick them up this morning and we tried to speak to him he was rude and yelled at us telling us fine don't pay but don't call again. I was more then willing to at least pay a portion of my rental fees I wasn't trying to get anything for free as he insinuated and slammed my gate when leaving... I hope business isn't always conducted like this � I know people have bad days we all do, But the rude yelling today wasn't necessary.
