Really great service! I had a really bad experience with a car I had for less than a year and it was in and out of service departments with no answers but Ricky was seriously so helpful. Everything was laid out in a way that was easy to understand and I left with answers instead of more questions. Every experience I’ve had with mechanics and service repair shops I’ve been talked at and was left not really knowing what was wrong and what was fixed but Ricky was very detailed and showed me what was wrong, what my options were, and helped me find a mechanic closer to where I live. The customer service was next level and I’m so appreciative.

I rarely create testimonial reviews but after my experience with Ricardo Diaz automotive I felt obligated. I brought a 2011 mini Cooper to his shop because it would not run. This car spent the last 3 months in other repair shops with no luck. 2 days after I brought it to them it was ready and works perfectly . Can't recommend them enough

Ricardo runs a business like it should be run with a firm handshake and I’ll get the job done and I’ll get it done the right way the first time nothing but positive experience with this company I recommend you go there first you will be completely satisfied not only with Ricardo, but with the staff, I’ve had AC issues for years he went and diagnosed. It got his hands, dirty, and figured it out. We will always take our business to this company.

Update 2: Obviously, anon isn't my real name, lol. This is the account I have used for all reviews for many years for Google. But yeah, let me know when you can fix the oldie car. I'm pretty sure you know what vehicle I'm talking about. Hopefully, the issue can be fixed directly. But I'm pretty sure it was your shop as well. Unless there is another shop with your name in the town, which I doubt it.

Ricky's staff were friendly, welcoming, and responsive. I was helped right away and they were able to fit me in for an extremely last minute walk-in on a Saturday afternoon as I was passing through town. Ricky was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose my issue and gave me a clear and thorough explanation of the problem with an honest recommendation for next steps. I've been to many car shops all over the country and these guys are hands down one of the best!
