My unit is less than 3 years old and was a Lemon leaving us without Heat nearly the entire winter w a part that would leave us without Heat another 6 weeks or so and De Ochoa Heating and Air conditioning Demanded Replacement of a New Unit!! This morning 2/5/2025 it was installed in less than 2 hours. The Heat is on, The Heat is on?? This is a Family owned business and they get it done??? Adam Flores
We had our A/C stop running in the middle of a terrible heat wave in July. We tried calling multiple places and De Ochoa was the only company that would come out same day. They noticed that we have a newborn and rushed replacing our broken motor because of him. We are so thankful! Carlos was polite and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using this company for all of our HVAC needs in the future!
Contacted them on a Sunday via the website message, received a call first thing Monday morning and I was added to an appointment the following day,but she told me if they had a cancelation or a time that they could fit me in,she would let me know. I waited and mid afternoon I was being helped and the fixed the problem.
The communication and service was simply amazing. She called and kept me updated during this process. The service tech was great as well. It's so nice to deal with individuals who are truly trying to be helpful. I appreciated it and will use them again.
