I called first thing in the morning after our AC unit stopped blowing cold air and the fan would continuously run. I requested they send someone out to troubleshoot. Was told they would not be able to make it out until the following morning. Told them I was ok with paying OT rates if it meant someone could make it later in the day. Was told they would put me on the list and if anything opened up ahead of time, they would send someone out. Armando showed up and was able to identify a couple of issues right away. Every serviceman that my husband and I have met over the years has been professional, friendly and informative. They take pride in their work. And when I call in an emergency. Our 20yr old AC went out on our house in Tulare. I had gathered half a dozen quotes and after dealing with a few time wasters and big talkers with INSANE QUOTES- the team at Canby's were spot on. 10-minute inspection, Clear precise and in writing the following morning. We accepted the bid and the guys arrived three days later ready to work. Entire new system overhaul/ install completed before lunch time. At a respectable price we could stomach.
