My A/C motor went out on Aug 10th. I called Canbys on Wed to let them know I needed a specific part & it was under warranty. Doug Canby called me back & said that specific part would be about 3 weeks. He was so nice & had his guy come out to confirm the exact motor. He officially called me on Aug 14th to say the part was ordered. I received my call on Thursday Aug 27th that part would be in & they’ll be at my home on Friday Aug 28th at 8am. Today they arrived & it was installed. I’m so thankful for Doug calling me & ordering the part & explaining the delivery process with my specific warranty.
