Claudia was fantastic! Before we even started, she took the time to thoroughly explain her approach and made sure I understood that her work is therapeutic bodywork. She carefully reviewed my medical history, asking about conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, injuries, and other health concerns to ensure the treatment was safe and appropriate for me. The best massage therapist ever!! A year after I left the army my back pain was at like a 8/10 and then after I had our first appointment it’s like it was never there!! I highly recommend her to everyone!
From my very first visit with Claudia, I knew I had found the right massage therapist. I came in with a very sore shoulder, tight shoulder blades, and constant back tension that had been causing daily pain. After just one session, my shoulder mobility improved, the stiffness eased, and I felt relief the very same day. The cupping therapy combined with her massage techniques made a huge difference.
I returned a week later for my second massage. Although I was a little sore afterward (which is expected after a deep tissue massage), I honestly felt like a brand new person. My body feels lighter, I have more energy, and the tension I've been carrying has improved tremendously.
