For a first time tax return filing experience (using a tax preparation service), it was absolutely amazing! Fast, professional service, polite and caring communication! They did their best efforts to include all the deductible expenses (both for W-2 and 1099) and as a result, to get a pretty good refund very soon. Highly recommended!
