I am an ultra runner participating in races 20k-100M. I have appreciated working with Gabe to get individualized exercises to keep me strong. He also has all the tools for recovery from injury and big efforts. I use the Novothor before and after racing and have found my recovery to be faster than without. Gabe is a fantastic practitioner. He is very knowledgeable about the body, injuries, and prescribes exercise and manual therapy to reduce pain and help people return to activity. I am a runner and very active in my mid 40s and I trust Gabe to help keep me moving! I also recently started using his red light therapy - the Novothor - which seems to be helping with recovery.
