Misleading adds made me pay $166 for my son's flu shot back in November 2023. We were there and asked for the free flu shot. We have *not* been advised by the front desk that it wasn't free of charge. This is a terrible business practice! Flu shots are easily available free of charge about anywhere.I'm not usually one who publishes negative feedback (see for yourself!), but that was too much.
Badly done ACL replacement when I was 24. Doctor messed up the ACL attachment which I didn't know until my ACL randomly ruptured when I was walking a year later. I was advised by another surgeon who was able to confirm the fact. This place never educated me on what to expect and do after surgery. Never offered any follow up therapy, physical therapy or a ACL knee brace. Basically took my money and told me to f### off. F### this place.
Amazingly highly trained and competent instructors. Very patient and instructive As a senior; I feel comfortable and accepted even with my lack of knowledge of physiology and how all the muscles tendons interact. It's a jewel for Truckee.
