Dr. Joseph has an excellent bedside manner, a really well designed office, and up-to-date techniques and equipment. Her attention to me as a patient has been pretty remarkable. I cannot say enough in regards to her staff's ability to work cohesively, displaying a true sense of professionalism.Dr. Joseph’s replacement of an old filling was extremely well contoured, polished and I left feeling like there had been some medical artistry accomplished on my tooth.I highly recommend this office for any of your dentistry needs, Thank you to the entire staff.
After years of no dental anxiety and really decent teeth, age and motherhood started to catch up with me. In the past 14 years I have had quite a bit of work done to my teeth and also developed a chronic pain disorder. Those two combined have created an anxiety about going to the dentist that I never used to have. Needless to say, when we moved to the Truckee area the last thing I really wanted to do was try and find a new dentist. We tried using my old dentist on the occasions that we would go back home and visit but it wasn't working out. After much procrastinating, I finally landed in Dr Joseph's office. What brought me there was a popcorn kernel stuck beneath the gumline causing a lot of pain. She helped clear it out and started kindly suggesting I come in for a cleaning and possibly get back on track with my dental health. And that was just the plan until life happened. And then a pandemic. And then the pandemic continuing. Well almost 2 years to the day after first meeting Dr Joseph I finally got back in. I had developed significantly more cavities. And I was embarrassed and about to cry. But she eased my mind and made me feel so much better. She said don't worry you're here now and we will get you back on track. Going to fill up a treatment plan and had everything pre-approved through insurance. Currently in the middle of getting those things done and I can't complain. The hygienists are very nice. The front office staff is phenomenal. And of course Dr Joseph is very kind. I have already recommended her to a few friends and continue to do so. Definitely glad to have her helping me get back to a good place with my teeth.
